Everyday Hero” for April!
Grayson Meyer, a junior at Bernards High School, has been recognized by the school as the “Everyday Hero” for April!

Nominees for the monthly Everyday Hero Program are students who have a positive influence on the student body through exemplary qualities. Selected students inspire others, are responsible and respectable and have a commitment to peers and the school community. Students are nominated by one or more teachers, selected by the Everyday Hero committee and announced schoolwide by either Principal Scott Neigel, or Assistant Principal Mike Corbett.

Grayson Meyer is an exemplary definition of an everyday hero. He is like a breath of fresh air when he walks into the classroom every day... warm, approachable, outgoing, loyal, and one who makes the world a better placeFull of smiles and “hellos” to everyone he encounters, Grayson never waivers.  He is a reliable class participant, because he enthusiastically buys into new activities, will take a risk, and shares openly and without inhibition. Grayson consistently approaches both learning and life, with a “let’s do it” attitude!

He has a heart of gold and is always there when someone needs a helping hand.  Grayson’s friendliness can be seen throughout the school community and his positive energy fills the hallways.  Always with an energetic wave and greeting, he can brighten even a stranger’s day. This world needs more people like Grayson, genuinely uplifting others and not expecting anything in return.
